There is no Dawkins secular army.

Arts journalism is usually vapid, but that is just too stupid to be bothered fisking. Richard Dawkins is perfectly happy for people to believe what they wish, as Mr Ravenhill would know if he’d actually read or listened (and understood) to anything Prof Dawkins writes. Dawkins often suffers the same intellectual fate as Darwin: people form an opinion on his work without having bothered to acquaint themselves with its actual content.

Bilge like Ravenhill’s gives even something as irrelevant as arts journalism a bad name.
